Whenever i call customer service it just takes me through an automated system which isn't helpful. The problem i find with walmart.com is that i cannot sign into my account with my email address and password because after i enter my email address I am directed to a page that asks me to create a password. The call was to my work cell, and had my city’s area code in the number, which is why i answered an unknown number in the first place
